The Triclone Skin Tech foundation, Haus Labs’ hero item, had instantly gone viral since its drop in 2022, with 51 shades in various undertones. While having 51 shades was such an accomplishment, their community was having difficulty finding their match. The Discovery Set allowed our consumers to try three sample-size shades before purchasing a full-size bottle. If the full-size bottle was purchased, they received a full refund on their Discovery Set. For this to be successful, it was important for my team and I to help educate our consumers on how to use the Discovery Set to find their match.
Social Media Marketing: My team devised a social media plan to educate our consumers on how to use the Discovery Set through Instagram Stories, short-form video tutorials from key ambassadors and feed posts.
My role was to create and post all the Instagram Stories, and community manage across Instagram, Tik Tok and Twitter. I assisted in answering any questions our consumers had along with reporting on consumer sentiment.
Influencer Marketing: My team and I researched and identified key influencers that aligned with Haus Labs’ branding to receive a complimentary Discovery Set to further educate their community. Key influencers included celebrity makeup artist, Sarah Tanno, Trendmood, and PaintedbySpencer.
Campaign Results: The Discovery Set received amazing feedback from our community, increased e-commerce sales, and paved a new way for online shopping in the beauty space. Our one-month campaign garnered a 6.4% Instagram Engagement rate, 61.8k combined Likes on TikTok and Instagram, and 286.6k Views on TikTok with an Engagement rate of 4.3%.
